Holiday Shipping Tips & Updates

We are so thankful for your orders and we try to get things out to you as soon as possible.  Please understand that once a package leaves our studio, we cannot be responsible for how long it takes or if it goes missing or is damaged in transport to you.

We pack our items very carefully, but sometimes, the package is not handled carefully in route.  We apologize if there are any issues, but ask that you contact USPS or UPS for a refund if anything happens.  You are welcome to email us at info@bellavidasb.com and we can try to assist you in tracking a package.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DELAYS:

Due to the extreme number of packages that ship out during November and December,  we cannot guarantee your package will arrive before a specific holiday. Because Santa Barbara is not a major city,  shipping times may take longer than usual as the mail here is often much slower.  Here are tips for making sure you get your package on time.

HOLIDAY HOURS:

We are available Monday to Saturday to pack your orders. To get your items before the Holidays, please make sure to get your order processed by December 12th.  That way we have time to carefully pack it and allow for extra shipping time during this busy holiday season.

Hours: We are closed on Sundays and for Thanksgiving, Christmas eve and Christmas day and New Years day.

TIPS FOR SAFER & FASTER HOLIDAY DELIVERY:

  1. To ensure you get your item in time, please consider paying for upgraded shipping  so the carrier will process your order faster.
  2. Place your order at least 2-3 weeks before the Holiday.
  3. If you need something for a specific date, please put a note on your order and we will try our best to process your order as quickly as possible.
  4. *Make sure to note on your package to deliver it where thieves won't see it (around back of house or consider putting some items on your front porch where a package can be hidden from sight, such as a chair with large cushions, a large plant or a beautiful trunk or table where items can hide inside or behind it.
  5. *Leave a note on your porch where only delivery drivers can see instructing them to please leave your package out of sight so thieves don't see it.
  6. *If you continue to have packages stolen, consider getting a UPS mailbox or have them delivered to a more secure address, such as a friend or relative you see often.
  7. If items are stolen, we cannot be responsible for replacing them, sorry!  Please take every precaution by not leaving packages in your car where they can be seen, even for short periods.
