Product Questions
We do our best to ensure our products are made fresh, so we formulate in small batches. That said, cosmetics and skincare have an expiration and shelf life and should stay fresh if used properly without getting bacteria, water or leaving in direct sun and heat for 1-2 years, depending on the formula.
We are Certified Leaping Bunny Cruelty-Free and only source our ingredients from other Certified Cruelty-Free companies.
Most of our formulas are Vegan, except for our lip balms and Retinol mask which contain Propolis, Honey or Beeswax. We never use animal ingredients that cause the animal to be killed or injured in any way.
We also do not sell to Mainland China.
We do our best to source ingredients that are Sustainably Produced with Wind and Solar Energy and Sustainably Harvested at the Source.
We create formulas in small batches and package them using FSC Certified Recyclable and Recycled papers.
Our branded tissue papers and boxes are 100% Recycled papers.

We have worked hard to ensure our formulas do not contain Parabens, Phylates, artificial dyes or fragrances that are harmful.
Our formulas do contain preservatives at levels under 1% to ensure they are within accepted guidelines for "Clean Beauty standards.
We are working now on removing Phenoxyethanol and Polysorbates from our formulas to make them even safer.
Credits, Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer full refunds if a product was not opened or used. Due to FDA laws, we cannot accept used items, however if you are unhappy, let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a credit for another item on our website.

A refund request can be submitted within 30 days after the purchase is made on our website.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a full credit on our website.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
